Absolutely!  You can have your item tailored to your needs for a fee. Please email us at team@enduringkairos.com for tips on how to obtain the perfect measurement for your customization.

When will my order be shipped?

We currently ship out every Wednesday! Because our items are individually handmade, and we are a made-to-order business, the best time to order is a week ahead. You can always inquire further about an item by sending us an email to  team@enduringkairos.com

 

What shipping methods do you offer?

We ship via USPS, which usually takes 2 to 4 days to arrive depending on the state you live in. We also offer Express shipping and priority processing, which can be purchased by sending us an email to team@enduringkairos.com

 

Do you ship international?

We certainly do! Since we ship to different continents, fees vary, though the average cost is around 30 USD.

 

Can I exchange or return an item?

Since our brand specializes in handmade clothing in the United States and our business is made-to-order, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We appreciate your love and support.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Because our fashion line is made-to-order, your order may be cancelled within 24 hours from the time it was generated. You must notify us within the timeframe specified by sending us an email to team@enduringkairos.com

 

Do you offer discounts or free shipping?

What payment methods are available?

We accept Visa, Discover, American Express, Mastercard, PayPal, Meta, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

 

What if my item is faulty?

Our brand is handmade locally; therefore, we emphasize quality control prior to fulfilling orders. If you believe an item is faulty, please email us 24 hours or less to team@enduringkairos.com  with your order number, pictures of the faulty item along with a description of it. Our team will respond accordingly.
